Studies have shown that children from financially disadvantaged homes begin school academically and behaviorally behind their more affluent peers, and the gap continues to widen over the school years.
The primary focus of this project is to provide scholarships to at-risk children in the Philippines, to enable them to have an education and become contributing members of society.
The Living Water Essential College, located in the rural Bongabon district, is well placed to deliver quality education with a capacity for 1,200 primary, high school and college students. The current enrollment is 800, served by a total of 52 full-time teaching staff and support workers.
